The use of LivKa through our mobile applications may involve collection and use of your information. This Privacy Policy explains and informs you how your information is collected, used and disclosed by LivKa with respect to your access and use of our services through our mobile applications. It is important for you to understand this Privacy Policy and how you may protect your information, so please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

This Privacy Policy explains how LivKa and its affiliated operating teams and developer Yokk Oiyi ("LivKa"/"We"/"Us") process any personal data we collect from visitors and users of LivKa APP(https://a.yabee-go.com), and any other services provided in relation to the applications and website or that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "LivKa Services").

We do not compromise your privacy. All of our services and products are designed with your privacy in mind. We engage professionals in a variety of sectors, such as legal, security, engineering, and product design, to guarantee that no decision or action is made or done without regard for your own privacy.

We aim to strive for transparency in the way we process your data. We know that inadequate information and convoluted wording are widespread flaws in privacy rules because we use other online services that you also use.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect certain information when you use LivKa. This includes information you provide to us, information we collect automatically, and information we receive from other sources.

1.1 Information you give us

You may choose to give us certain information when using our services. This includes:

- When you create an account on our Service, you provide us your login credentials as well as some basic information about yourself that is required for the service to function, such as your gender and date of birth.

- When you have finished your profile, you may add more information about yourself, like your personality, and other personal information, as well as multimedia like profile images. You may need to provide us access to your camera or photo album to contribute particular content, such as images or videos.

- When you supply us or our payment service provider with information like your debit or credit card number or other financial information in the event that you subscribe to a paid service.

- We collect the details you use to register or enter when you choose to participate in our promotions, events, or competitions.

- We gather the information you provide us throughout the conversation whenever you contact our customer service staff. We occasionally monitor or record these exchanges for training reasons and to guarantee excellent service quality.

- Of course, as part of the service's operation, we also handle your discussions with other users and the information you upload.

- Usage Information. - Device information. We gather data from and about the device(s) you use to access our services, such as: Sensor data from devices like accelerometers, gyroscopes, and compasses; Hardware and software information. This information was your IP address, device-specific and apps settings and characteristics, app crashes, advertising IDs, device ID and type, the browser type you are using, version and language, operating system of your device, time zones, other virtual identifiers used by cookies or other technologies that may uniquely identify your device or browser;

- Coarse Location. We only collect approximate location information from your device to reduce risks associated with your account and increase data security. - Details of your wireless and mobile network connection, your service provider and signal strength;

1.4 Data Collected With Your Consent

To provide the best experience, our app requires certain device permissions. Below is a detailed explanation of why we request each permission and how we use it:

- Camera & Microphone: Required for video calls and profile photos. Permission is requested only when you start a video call or take a photo. You can disable it in your device settings, but video calling won’t work.

- Photo Album (Read/Write Storage): Send Photos in Chat-Select images from your gallery; Save Received Media: Download photos from chats. Uploaded files are HTTPS-encrypted.

- IP Address & Network Status: Detect Wi-Fi/mobile data for better call quality and prevent fraudulent logins. This helps us identify network issues and prevent data loss or delays to keep the service running smoothly.

- Mobile Advertising Identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID): Used for personalized ads and measuring ad performance. If you wish to disable this permission, you can turn it off from "Personalized Ads" in your device settings.

- Push Notifications: Notify you of new events or promotional activities.

2. HOW WE USE THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

LivKa may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

- To provide and maintain our Service, including to monitor the usage of our Service.

- To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.

- For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

- To contact you: To contact you by email or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

- To provide you with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless you have opted not to receive such information.

- To manage your requests: To attend and manage your requests to us.

- For business transfers: We may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our service users is among the assets transferred.

- For other purposes: We may use your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our service, products, marketing and your experience.

2.1 Default permissions and purposes

(1) INTERNET: Allow this application to connect to the network for accessing our server and reading server data.

(2) ACCESS_TIFI_STATE: Allow this application to view relevant information about WLAN networks, which is used to determine if the WiFi network connection is working properly.

(3) ACCESS_CETWORKS _State: Allow the application to view information about network connections to determine if they are functioning properly.

(4) READ_SHONE-STATE: Allow the application to read phone status and device information, used to determine whether the user's device can answer video calls and mark the user's active status.

(5) BLUETOTH: Allow the application to view the Bluetooth configuration on the phone, used to detect whether the user is wearing Bluetooth earphones.

(6) POST-NOTIFICATIONS: Send notifications to users when there are marketing discount activities or when they add new followers.

(7) AD-ID: Used for Google Ads ID.

3. DATA ENCRYPTION AND STORAGE CARD PERMISSIONS

We will use HTTPS protocol to encrypt your data

READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:Allow the application to read local storage cards. On Android 12 and below systems, when users update their avatars and send image messages, we use the EasyPhotos open source Sdk to select images, and EasyPhotos uses this permission. In Android level 13 and above systems, we used the Android system Photo Picker image selector and are no longer using this permission.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE:Allow the application to write to the local storage card. On Android 12 and below systems, users can also take a photo before selecting an image through EasyPhotos. EasyPhotos needs to obtain this permission to write the photo to a local storage card.We do not use this permission on Android level 13 and above systems.

4. HOW WE SHARE THE COLLECTED INFORMATION

We share your data only with your authorization or as required for legitimate business purposes. We may share your personal information in the following situations:

-With service providers: We may share your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to contact you.

- For business transfers: We may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

- With affiliates: We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any other subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies that We control or that are under common control with us.

- With business partners: We may share your information with our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.

- With other users: when you share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside.

- With your consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

We believe that users should be able to tailor their LivKa experience to their preferences, including privacy. And while local laws may require different things, we believe that our users should have at least the same basic ability to shape their experience no matter where they are in the world. Here’s how you can control how we process your information, how to delete or correct certain information, and how to request access to your information. Users in certain places may have specific rights under their local laws. You can learn more about these in the relevant sections below.

5.1 Be aware of the LivKa spaces you choose to participate in

You can choose what communities to participate in and what information you add to our services. You can choose what messages to send or post, what information to include in your profile, whether to connect any third party services to your LivKa account, and more.

5.2 Customize your personal LivKa settings

We offer a number of settings that allow you to tailor your experience within LivKa. You can also access other privacy-specific settings in your User Settings. This is also where you can limit certain types of processing of your information:

- Limit our ability to use your data to improve our services. We offer certain settings that allow you to limit the information we collect to help us understand how users use our services, what features or products they may want, or to otherwise help us improve our business. If you turn off these settings, we will stop collecting and using certain event and log information as described in these settings.

- Limit our ability to personalize LivKa for you. We offer certain settings that control whether and how we may personalize LivKa for you, such as offering you relevant recommendations for in-app content and features. If these settings are disabled, we will stop collecting and using certain event and log information as described in these settings.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Principle of retention by data Controller: We will retain personal information in accordance with relevant policies, laws and regulations and the purpose of data authorization. The principle of minimum necessary period shall not exceed the time limit required to achieve the original processing purpose. When the purpose of data processing changes or terminates, the data deletion procedure shall be initiated immediately.

User's voluntary submission of information: We will immediately perform data cleaning after processing the personal information submitted by you through feedback, consultation and other channels, and will not retain or back up in any form or transmit it to any third party.

Account information management: You are voluntary, account deletion/disability triggers a 30-day countdown to deletion mechanism

Instant messaging data: Chat log processing rules are by default subject to the session end burnout mechanism, unless temporarily stored for platform security purposes (e.g., suspected content review), but not for longer than the statutory investigation period.

Security instructions for non-sensitive information: Email address, device IP address, and basic usage behavior data. We declare that we will use industry-standard protection measures to protect you from abnormal login behavior, but we cannot provide 100% security guarantee.

Definition of responsibility for third-party information sharing: When you choose to jump to a third party, interact with the interface, or share the behavior, we regard such behavior as the user exercising the data autonomy and exceeding the scope of security responsibility beyond our service boundary.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

- You may access, correct, update, or request deletion of your personal information. In addition, you can object to the processing of your personal information, ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information, or request portability of your personal information.

- If we have collected and process your personal information with your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time. However, despite our commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard your information, it is difficult and impossible for any entity to promise complete security to your personal data. If you deem that your account or information is no longer secure, please notify us immediately and we will take necessary actions as expeditiously as possible. We implement the following industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

- All data transmissions are secured using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS 1.2+ protocols to protect your information in transit.

- We implement role-based access with multifactor authentication to ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

- 24/7 threat monitoring with established incident response procedures.

- Minimal Data Retention: We collect only essential service data and implement automated data purging schedules

In addition, you must be careful and cautious before uploading text, images and others when engaging in our Services since your voluntarily or publicly sharing of information may involve personal data about you or others.

9. CHILDREN's PRIVACY AND AGE GATES

Protecting children's privacy is important to us. We do not direct LivKa to, nor do we knowingly collect any personal information from, children under the age of 18.

We do not allow you to create an account and use LivKa if you are under 18 years old, and we may monitor compliance with this restriction by scanning a photo of your face to ensure that you are over 18 years old. We may also if there is reasonable doubt, ask you to verify your identity.

If we learn that a child under the age of eighteen has provided us with personal information, we will use reasonable efforts to remove the individual's personal information from our records.

10. UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We will update this Privacy Policy from time to time to take into account any technical, economic, regulatory, or legal evolution, or if we change our practices regarding the processing of personal data, especially to comply with any changes in applicable laws and regulations, or if we change our practices regarding the processing of personal data.

We will notify you in advance, by any appropriate means, of significant changes to this Privacy policy. Usually, this will be done through an in-app notification. Following advanced notification, your continued use of any website or app operated by LivKa team, and/or when you use any product or service provided by LivKa team, means you accept these changes.

We will indicate any modifications to this statement by updating the 'Last Modified' timestamp displayed at the beginning of this document.

11. POLICY CHANGE AND SYNCHRONIZATION

Unless required by Google Play policies, laws and regulations, new features or business and technical changes, this policy will not be updated at will.

If there is an update, we will notify you in a variety of ways, including but not limited to in-app notifications, email and announcements.

Continuing to use the application after receiving an update notification means that you agree to the new policy. If you do not agree with the new policy, you can adjust data processing permissions in your privacy Settings, contact customer support for other solutions, or disable and delete your account or application.
